The squirrels are finally getting fat and lethargic, and their gluttony keeps them in dangers path. Let us STRIKE while the squirrel is fat! We missed our chance last year, but this year, for all of us, for all our children...
I say unto you all, this year, we take back our parks! (and ensure that recurring nightmare where a a bazillion squirrels team up to eat me alive in many, but very tini-tiny, bites will never happen.)

Seriously. I'm with you. I do think the ones in Philadelphia are much more scattered and less organized than the ones in Geneva, NY. I tell you, those campus squirrels were planning something.
